Glamourous Boudoir – exclusively for brides/ wives
This is my new photography service extended to brides/ wives. =)
Being a newlywed wife, I really enjoy shooting for the true beauty of brides and wives. I believe God created each of us unique. Everyone can be beautiful inside and outside. My wishes are to bring out the charm, the style, the character, the love of the lady. =)
I want to express my sincere thanks to the brides and wives for their trust on me for shooting these loving images. I really love them. And clients’ consents were obtained for all photos posted. Rest assured that no photos would be published without clients’ approval. The shooting were mostly taken at hotel rooms and one at a studio. I simply love the natural light from the big windows in hotel rooms. And the shooting would take place without any males present.
I only posted some of the photos here. I would show more to the interested clients face to face from my macbook when we meet up. =)

And the first 6 who signed up for June-Aug sessions, would receive MY handmade album free of charge. =)
what do you think?

each page is separated by a tracing paper for great protection for the photo print (this is with the tracing paper on top), and beautifully decorated by a lace strip

(after flipping over the tracing paper)

Love it?

The album is covered by a high quality hemp cotton fabric. And you could pick either a Khaki lace ribbon

or, a sexy black lace ribbon. =)

IsaBella & Chris ♥ Pre-Wedding
IsaBella & Chris would like to have the pre-wedding shooting taken place in both of their childhood places, so that the photos could always bring them back their good memories. Before we started our childhood journey, we first shot at IsaBella’s club house for an elegant mood.

We then proceed to Tsz Wan Shan Central Park, where IsaBella grew up. Almost the whole district is changed and all old buildings were gone except this park. It is where IsaBella used to play after school always. And how amazing is that a tuck shop where IsaBella used to buy her snacks always is still there.
When we did the shooting, a lot of elderly people were playing chess under a pavilion, which is very common in HK for decades. We on purpose took some photos there, making a special constrast against our sweet couple. =)

And we then travelled to Lei Yue Mun, where Chris grew up. It’s a very charming fish village in HK. It’s very famous for seafood restaurants and like many HK people, the only few times I went there was for seafood dinner at night time. This shooting session brought me to this amazing place first time in day time and it’s then I see the true beauty of this fish village. Even it’s the first time I see this scenery, it’s no problem for me to do the shooting. I love exploring new places and find the beauty of various places. Many clients and friends told me they were very impressed with the photos especially because they have never seen other photographers taking the photos with those backgrounds/ angles.

As the sun came down, we went to Sheung Wan. Initially IsaBella and Chris told me they’d like to take a shot in front of St. John’s Chapel in Central because they’re Christians and they want a few of their photos to show their relationship with God. I explained to them that due to the distance of the shooting places, we wouldn’t have sufficent time to arrive St. John’s Chapel in day time. And plus the face that they didn’t want to sacrifice shooting at the club house and childhood places they planned, I suggested having the background of a big cross I found in Sheung Wan some time ago to bring out the God-men message and they’re overjoyed with the idea. And many of their church friends told me (as I shot for their wedding day) that they love it a lot.

And they had a special theme for their wedding. They believed that their love relationship was tied by a red string as in the old Chinese story. Hence we came up with some photos with this theme. =)

Penny & Kit ♥ Pre-Wedding
I felt very excited as the beautiful bride Penny told me their wedding theme is based on an Alice in Wonderland theme and they’d like to take part of their pre-wedding photos on this extraordinary theme! What a fascinating idea! Penny and her fiance Kit would like to have the shooting taken at Shek O for the day time and Central at night. So I located a greenery area for this special theme shooting. It’s a cheerful time how we researched different images, from the fairy tale and from the movie online. Putting pieces together and we figured out simple is beautiful. So we decided not to have complicated costume and Penny went ahead to prepare props including the clock, flowers, poker, etc. She’s brilliant!!
Let’s journey to the Alice in Wonderland! =)

After we said bye to the fairy tale, we continued our happy shooting in Shek O…

And romance…

And we’re truly impressed by the natural wonders… the big waves were like announcing “Many waters cannot quench love; rivers cannot wash it away.” (Song of Songs 8:7)

And as we got totally carried away by the romantic scenery, we were once again amazed by the charming magic hour!

We carried on our love journey in Central. Thanks God we all had a wonderful day!

I’m overwhelmed by the compliments I received from Penny and Kit and other clients and friends who viewed some of these images on my facebook page previously. But all credits belong to God who brought us a wonderful day. =)

lifestyle portrait
Jenn is a very sweet and charming wife. I feel very pleased to be invited to do a portrait and boudoir shooting session for her during her short stay in HK. To my surprise, this beautiful lady told me that she had never done any portrait photography except her big day shooting! I thank her for her trust on me indeed! Before our shooting session, we had a lot of fun chat online on the looks and styles she prefers and we exchanged some good ideas with some magazine images as references. And I went to her service apartment to further chat on the styles and we tried to mix and match different outfits and play with a lovely little wag she bought in HK for hair extension. =)
The shooting was done at Hyatt Regancy, HK. It’s a beautiful hotel and we started with some lifestyle photography at the club lounge. Thanks God we got beautiful sunlight and what’s more, the staff there were all very nice and gave us 100% freedom for the shooting. (Of course we also behaved very well as we’re both elegant ladies. lol ) After that we moved back to her nice hotel room for the remaining portrait session with other styles and a boudoir session before the lovely sunrays left us. She’d like to keep some privacy and so I would only show a few lifestyle photos here, mostly done at the club lounge. =)

Marie & Rick ♥ Pre-Wedding

Marie and Rick are a very sweet couple and they picked Shek O and Central as the shooting sites. Maries particularly wishes to shoot in greenery and so I did a site visit to Shek O some weeks before the shooting and found some nice greenery places. The cloudy day didn’t stop our fun and laughs! =)
